Due to its popularity, home prices tend to be higher than in other parts of the city. Condos start in the mid $200′s and range up to $700K. Housing prices begin in the high $500′s and go up into the multi-millions.

What is notable about Carmel Valley is that it offers about a 15 different town-home communities. These offer less expensive housing than single family homes, with prices averaging $499K-$550K.
