Normal Heights offers a similar lifestyle to that of North Park and is located about a mile north, in and around Adams Avenue. Within the Normal Heights zip code of 92116, there are several distinct micro-communities. There, you will notice several blocks of coffee shops, the Kensington Theatre, restaurants and majestic palm trees. Walk down such streets as Marlborough and Ridgeway, feel the charm of days gone by. Homes here can be anywhere from 50-100 years old and have been restored time and time again with modern amenities. This old world charm is expensive though, with homes start in the $600’s and going into the millions.
