Poway
Poway is an older residential community just north of Scripps Ranch east of the I-15 freeway. One of the first reasons that families choose Poway to live are its award-winning schools, lower cost of housing, and beautiful natural resources.
Lush landscaping, foothills, Blue Sky Ecological Preserve, and Poway Lake provide for miles of hiking, riding, and jogging trails. Poway real estate consists predominantly of house although there are a few condo and town home communities.
Houses start in the high $300’s for older ‘starter homes,’ and graduate up into large estates in the millions of dollars. Some of the most luxurious communities include The Heritage, and The Summit. Two popular family friendly neighborhoods are Rancho Arbolitos and The Palisades.
