Rancho Bernardo is a sought after San Diego community that is located east and west of I-15. It is surrounded by Rancho Penasquitos to the south and Escondido to the north. The Westwood area is located west of I-15. These Rancho Bernardo homes were initially built in the 1970’s. Owners in this community have an opportunity to join the Westwood Club at a nominal yearly fee.
4S Ranch is one of the newer Rancho Bernardo home communities, which was developed in 2003. All homes in 4S Ranch have an additional property tax known as a ‘Mello Roos’ fee.
Del Sur offers contemporary town homes and houses. Building began in 2005 and is still going on to this day. These homes typically are modern with high end appointments and small lots. Many homes here encompass ‘green’ technology to lower utility costs. Del Sur homes all have significant HOA and Mello Roos fees attached to them.
Santaluz is an exclusive community with guards at each entrance. Homes sit on larger lots and offer expansive views. Community amenities include a country club, golf course, pool, clubhouse, dining room, and much more.
