South Park is a San Diego neighborhood south of North Park, and east of Balboa Park. Strolling through this neighborhood, one will see tree lined streets and older homes built in the early part of the 20th century. No two homes look like. This area is home to a diverse community or residents, along with small shops and businesses.
South Park real estate includes many older homes in different states of renovation, as well as a few condo complexes and apartment buildings. Condos start in the $300’s and houses start in the $400’s. Houses tend to be smaller than what you will find in the newer, suburban neighborhoods.
For those who enjoy the ability to walk to a coffee shop or live away from the homogeneity of San Diego’s suburbs, South Park offers a unique and eclectic lifestyle.
